Bookings & Policies
At Tease Hair & Beauty Rooms, appointments are carefully scheduled to allow time, attention and consistency for every client. These policies are in place to support smooth bookings, fair use of appointment time and a positive experience for everyone.
Booking Appointments
Appointments are made by phone or text on 027 551 7011.
If you’re unsure which service is best for you, guidance is always available prior to booking.
Booking Fee
A booking fee applies to all new clients, or for services over one hour, at the time of booking.
This fee secures your appointment time and is deducted from the cost of your treatment on the day. This policy helps ensure appointment availability remains fair for all clients and supports the smooth running of the clinic.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Appointments changed or cancelled within 48 hours may result in the booking fee being retained to cover time lost. Where possible, if the appointment time is filled, the booking fee may be returned or applied to a future appointment.
Missed Appointments
Missed appointments without notice will result in the loss of the booking fee and may require full prepayment for future bookings.
SkinFit Membership Appointments
SkinFit Membership appointments are pre-planned as part of your membership structure.
Consistent attendance supports both the effectiveness and value of your treatment plan.
If changes are needed, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required so adjustments can be made fairly within the membership framework. Changes made within 48 hours may result in one week’s membership payment being forfeited.
Arriving for Your Appointment
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival may reduce treatment time to avoid delaying other clients. We have free onsite parking available.
